Shopify Themes

If you’re familiar with Shopify, then you probably know what an incredibly simple, beautiful and flexible service it can be. Creating a custom theme for it however… not so much.

My first Shopify theme almost never was. One look at the Liquid templating language resulted in an abrupt ‘apple+shift+Q’ command of my browser. It wasn’t until a few weeks of denying that Shopify even existed that I started working on a design, thanks largely in part to a little incentive from the Shopify guys, along with the unparalleled expertise of fellow Trilab scientist, Eric. What resulted, is beautiful in both form and function, we call it Drifter. You like? Go on, pick one up for yourself here. It comes fully customizable with all of the psd’s and nicely commented code :)
